Andrzej Fidyk – co-organizer of the INPUT 2009 conference
In recalling previous INPUT meetings, what are your expectations regarding INPUT 2009?
This is the first INPUT in this part of Europe. With it we move closer to the idea of international cooperation in this part of the world. INPUT typically involves the exchange of experiences and thoughts; people become familiar with the best the world has to offer. The role of public television, which acts in the public interest, is highlighted. Why did you decide to take part in organizing the conference?
My first INPUT was in Montreal, Canada, and it was then that I began dreaming about organizing such a conference in Poland. It was impossible in communist Poland, but we managed to do it now.
